Research focuses on 3 major areas: cognition and individual behaviour; social psychology; and developmental and relationship psychology; the research prepares students for academic and research positions in the UK and around the world.
Candidates should have at least a 2.1 Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study; international students should be able to provide evidence of proficiency in English: IELTS 7.0 (with a minimum of 6.5 in all components) or equivalent; where a visa for study is required, UK Borders Agency minimum English requirements must be met.
Scholarships available for UK/EU and international students; these are normally awarded to students on the basis of academic merit and for the duration of the period of study.
