Architecture (ARB/RIBA part 2)
Admission requirement: an Honours degree in architecture prescribed by the ARB (Architects Registration Board) at Part 1 or equivalent standard demonstrated in portfolio; please note that students who do not hold an Architects Registration Board ARB Part 1 qualification will need to obtain qualifications at Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 level before being eligible for registration; a portfolio of work is required which must include a CV and detailed personal statement.
Contemporary architectural theory, and technology. Students also take a management practice and law module, dealing with the legal, contractual and economic parameters of architectural practice.
During the course of the programme students complete a comprehensive design project, accompanied by an illustrated report explaining its theoretical, environmental and technical dimensions.
