This programme sees students exploring and developing their creativity through a variety of approaches, from the traditional practices of the gold and silversmiths' trade to the contemporary influences of art, craft, design, technology and science. Students have the opportunity to create and present a significant body of work and graduate with the confidence to establish themselves in the field as an independent maker or designer.

Entry requirements

A UK 2.1 Honours degree, or its international equivalent; any appropriate professional experience will also be considered; this programme requires the submission of a portfolio and study proposal; applicants whose 1st language is not English require: IELTS 6.5 (with at least 6.0 in each module); TOEFL internet-based test 92 (with at least 20 in each module); PTE 61 (with at least 56 in each of the communicative skills sections); or CPE grade C or CAE grade B.
