Africa and International Development
The programme offers a grounded and multi-disciplinary grasp of issues of development in the African context, and is aimed at students interested in pursuing a career in development agencies, political institutions, the public sector or non-governmental organisations.
The academic entry requirement is a UK Bachelor Honours degree with at least 2.1 or its international equivalent; applicants whose 1st language is not English require: IELTS 7.0 (with at least 6.0 in each module); TOEFL internet-based test 100 (with at least 20 in each module); PTE(A) 67 (with at least 56 in each of the communicative skills sections); or CPE grade B or CAE grade A.
