International Human Resource Management
Our MSc in International Human Resource Management will give you the people management skills necessary to succeed in an increasingly globalised and culturally diverse business environment and enable students to effectively contribute to global organisations.
Based on the success on our MSc in Human Resource Management, the recently introduced MSc in International Human Resource Management provides managers key practical, theoretical and research skills specific to the demands of working for multinational organisations and across national borders. Students will gain the ability to specialise within the field of HRM alongside an understanding of international personnel management issues.
You will need a UK first-class or 2:1 honours degree from a good university in any subject, or an equivalent overseas qualification.
Candidates must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resource Management.
