International Marketing and Entrepreneurship

This course is concerned with marketing, public relations and customer-centred business activity as they apply to different types of organisations in varying stages of formation or growth in different international and cultural environments. It responds to a growing recognition of the development of: strategic international marketing knowledge; capabilities; skills; and techniques, among existing professionals of private, public and not-for-profit organisations; students cover marketing issues related to new ventures and entrepreneurial public and private sector organisations managing change processes, including the investigation of key marketing principles such as: advertising; Public Relations; e-marketing; ethical issues; governance; and their application.
