We offer supervision in the areas of 1st language acquisition and language processing. Examples of PhD projects which our students have undertaken include: Studies of the acquisition of nominal and verbal agreement in Kuwaiti children; the processing of inflection and derivation in German as a second language; and functional categories and word order in adolescent Japanese-English interlanguage.
Master's degree, or equivalent, in relevant subject area; IELTS 7.0.
