Water Engineering with Management

The MSc programme is full time over 12 months (arranged into two 12-week teaching semesters) and a summer project. Modules cover the essential aspects of clean water supply (supply, treatment and distribution) and waste water disposal (sewerage, treatment and flooding), providing an understanding of how these systems work and tools for simulating their performance. You will carry out a major project on an industrially relevant topic, supervised by Centre for Water Systems staff. This programme is ideal if you are an engineering graduate wishing to enhance your capabilities in urban water design, operation and management, or an engineer working in the water industry looking to acquire knowledge, skills and a formal qualification in this area. The programme will open up a wide range of employment opportunities and can act as a foundation for further research in the areas of urban water management and water systems. If you wish to develop your knowledge, skills and employment prospects in this increasingly important sector of the world economy, then this programme is for you.
