Students deepen or update their understanding of theology through this imaginative and exciting programme which reflects the latest research and specialisms of the department. Students gain a different perspective from other disciplines, eg philosophy, history or archaeology. Students have the opportunity to learn and develop expertise in biblical languages. Can be used for PhD preparation or as a standalone qualification.
Normally a 2.1 Honours degree in Theology or a related subject. Professional qualifications or experience may also be considered.
The assessment in all modules is by coursework and a 20,000-word dissertation.
