Applied Security Strategy
Designed to develop future leaders, decision makers and confident strategic thinkers who are able to drive and execute policy calmly, under pressure, at the very highest levels. The programme takes a sharp, highly-relevant and practitioner-targeted focus, and employs simulations and fieldtrips alongside lectures, seminars and conferences with leading academics and practitioners. Creates and trains experts in the fusion of strategic communications and intelligence to craft policy and strategy in the contemporary security arena.
The minimum entry requirement is a good Honours degree (2.1 or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognised institution. If applicants are predicted at least a 2.1 then they may be made an offer of a place conditional upon attaining the minimum entry requirement. Applicants may also apply for this course if they do not have the required formal academic qualification. Candidates in this position must possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or have attained appropriate professional qualifications.
