A good Honours degree in a subject where the majority of modules have been taken in finance, accounting, economics and mathematics. The majority of our candidates are expecting a 1st or 2.1 degree, however, we do consider all applications where there is evidence of exceptional performance in modules relevant to the programme of study, extended relevant work experience or professional qualifications. We also consider applicants with significant relevant work experience and professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS and CIMA.
Modules are assessed through a mixture of group work, coursework, project work and examinations; the weighting of each of these components will vary according to the academic requirements of the module. Examinations are normally held at the end of the module, in January and May/June.
