The programme offers comprehensive training in all human anatomy, including legislation relevant to working in a human anatomy laboratory.
Modules include: Introduction to anatomy; structure and function of the human body; cadaveric dissection techniques; teaching and learning methods.
The course is assessed by a variety of different methods including: Essay writing; group presentations; examinations where anatomical structures have to be identified, or potentially, applied anatomy has to be demonstrated through data interpretation; group work through continuous assessment.
