Sport and Exercise Psychology
This course looks to further prepare graduates for working as a sport and exercise scientist with a particular focus on sport and exercise psychology; building on a strong theoretical foundation, students on this course look to apply their knowledge in an applied setting; whilst undertaking this course students have the opportunity to begin the British Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) supervised experience process to work towards BASES accreditation as a Sport and Exercise Scientist.
A BPS-accredited undergraduate degree or conversion course.
Modules include: Research methods; independent project; individual differences; performance psychology; exercise psychology; sport psychology and youth athletes; professional practice in sport and exercise psychology.
