This course gives students the opportunity to top-up an existing qualification to a full MSc Honours degree by dissertation; the course enables students to update knowledge and skills on existing and new areas of practise, keep professional qualifications up-to-date, be more competitive and marketable to future employers and to demonstrate commitment to the profession.

Entry requirements

An appropriate postgraduate diploma or equivalent that equates to 120M CATS points; for example, fully qualified holders of ACCA, CIMA, AIA, CIPFA and ICAEW; international students must have a minimum of an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent with a writing score of 6.

Course modules

Modules include: Governance ethics and risk control; advanced performance management; corporate financial reporting; corporate finance; research methods; strategic business analysis.
