International Commercial and Corporate Law
This course explores the commercial and corporate law sectors, providing knowledge of trading and advising cross-border trading transactions.
A 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject; significant grounding in the area of law if the 1st degree is not in Law; international students need IELTS 6.5 overall (no less than 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in any other band) or equivalent.
Modules include: International commercial law; international corporate law; principles of international law; research methods.
Assessmentment is based on 2 assignments per module: Assignment 1: 3,000 words (40%); assignment 2: 5,000 words (60%); 18,000 word dissertation.
