Human Resource Management (International)
This course is designed to enable students to assess the nature, role and contribution of the human resource function in organisations; students gain experience of studying and learning with people from different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds, who share a common interest in the management of human resources; they have the opportunity to develop skills in research and critical analysis that contribute to both postgraduate study and organisational life.
An Honours degree; if English is not the student's 1st language, students need a minimum grade of 6.5 overall and a minimum grade of 6.0 in writing on the British Council International English Language Test (IELTS), or a TOEFL score of at least 600 (written scale) or 250 (computer scale).
Modules include: Human resource management in an international context; international organisation design and development; leading, managing and developing people; human resource development strategies; developing skills for business leadership.
