The course is a management qualification designed for practising managers, or those aspiring to a career in management in the private and public sectors.
Access to the DMS is normally depend upon successful completion of the CMS; if the student can demonstrate that they already meet the requirements of the learning outcomes of any module(s) they may be awarded a credit in accordance with the university policy on the accreditation of prior learning; documentary evidence would be required; those with extensive management experience across the subject range of CMS or a 1st degree in business (or equivalent) may also be considered for direct entry to DMS.
