Computing (IT Management)
Computer systems are key in supporting all types of organisations. MSc Computing (IT Management) will help you gain a critical understanding of their role and management.
Postgraduate courses in computing have been offered by the University of Gloucestershire since 1999 and our programme continues to evolve in response to the rapid changes within the field and developments in research, industry and the job market. It is important for both academic and professional reasons that the course
aims are consistent with the national subject benchmarking statements, in particular those for masters degrees in computing.
The course is enriched by live case studies and experience. You will examine business systems, applications and their management and how enterprise frameworks and
integration of disparate application environments facilitate the effective functioning of e-business and enable development of new models.
A 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent; or a relevant postgraduate or professional qualification and/or work experience; applicants should be able to demonstrate competency in IT. International students need IELTS 6.5 overall (no less than 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in any other band) or equivalent.
