Music and Sound Technology (Audio Programming)
This programme enables students to explore the most advanced studio techniques, technologies and processes at the forefront of current music production. Students are able to unleash their creative potential and cultivate their own individual style to produce original arrangements, mixes, re-mixes and mastering work. Students learn how to deliver comprehensive solutions and support for live sound in a variety of performance settings.
An Honours degree in music technology or related subjects; all applicants will be expected to have a solid prior knowledge of standard music studio devices including practical experience across a range of typical audio software; applicants without formal qualifications but with relevant industry experience are welcome; applicants whose 1st language is not English require an IELTS score of 6.5.
