This programme approaches issues of international law critically and considers them in their social, political and economic contexts.

Entry requirements

Minimum 2.2 Honours degree in law or a related subject or other appropriate qualifications and/or experience; overseas equivalent qualifications welcomed with IELTS 6.0.

Course modules

Core modules: conflicts of law; public international law. Optional modules: banking law; commercial law; company law; cyber piracy and virtual property law; data protection and cyber security; dissertation � llm; e-commerce law; international commercial law; international financial services; internship; m-commerce law; maritime law; telecommunications law.
