E-Commerce Law and International Law

This programme approaches issues of e-commerce and international law critically and considers them in social, political and economic contexts.

Entry requirements

2.2 Honours degree (or above) in law; or a related subject or other appropriate qualifications and/or experience; overseas equivalent qualifications welcomed with IELTS 6.0 in English.

Course modules

Core modules:conflicts of law: data protection and cyber security; e-commerce law; public international law. Optional modules: dissertation � LLM; internship.

Assessment methods

Assessment is based on the completion of a dissertation.
