This programme considers e-commerce law in its social, political and economic contexts.

Entry requirements

2.2 Honours degree in law (or above); or a related subject; or other appropriate qualifications; where English is not 1st language: IELTS 6.0.

Course modules

Core modules: data protection and cyber security; e-commerce law. Optional modules: banking law; commercial law; company law; conflicts of law; cyber piracy and virtual property law; dissertation � llm; international commercial law; international financial services; internship; m-commerce law; maritime law; public international law; telecommunications law.

Assessment methods

Assessment is based on completion of a dissertation.
