E-Commerce Law and Maritime Law

This programme approaches issues of e-commerce and maritime law critically and considers them in social, political and economic contexts.

Entry requirements

A 1st degree in law (or a subject in a related discipline, such as business, political science or international relations) at a minimum of 2.2. Applicants must also satisfy the University's English language requirement for the course, which is a GCSE grade C or above, or IELTS at 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each band. Or an overseas equivalent qualification.

Course modules

Core modules: data protection and cyber security; dissertation; e-commerce law; international commercial law; internship; maritime law.

Assessment methods

Assessment is based on the completion of a dissertation.
