E-Commerce Law and Maritime Law

This programme approaches issues of e-commerce and maritime law critically and considers them in social, political and economic contexts.

Entry requirements

2.2 Honours degree in law (or above); or a related subject or other appropriate qualifications and/or experience; overseas equivalent qualifications welcomed with IELTS 6.0 in English.

Course modules

Core modules: data protection and cyber security; dissertation - LLM; E-commerce law; international commercial law; internship; maritime law.

Assessment methods

Assessment is based on the completion of a dissertation.
