Commercial and International Law
This programme approaches issues of commercial and international law critically and considers them in their social, political and economic contexts.
2.2 Honours degree in law or a related subject; or other appropriate qualification; or relevant experience; overseas equivalent qualifications welcomed with IELTS 6.0 in English.
Core modules: commercial law; company law; conflicts of law; public international law. Optional modules: dissertation - LLM; internship.
Assessment is based on the completion of a dissertation.
