Maritime Law and Commercial Law
This programme approaches issues of maritime and commercial law critically and considers them in their social, political and economic contexts.
2.2 Honours degree (or above) in law or a related subject; or other appropriate qualifications; or relevant experience; overseas equivalent qualifications are welcomed with IELTS 6.0 in English.
Core modules: commercial law; company law; international commercial law; maritime law. Optional modules: dissertation � llm; internship.
Assessment is based on the completion of a dissertation.
