This programme gives you in-depth knowledge of the scientific basis of drug discovery and development, which has revolutionised the pharmaceutical industry in recent years.
An Honours degree 2.1 or above, or equivalent professional qualification, in the biosciences or biochemistry, including an understanding of physiology and/or pharmacology. Or a 1st or 2nd class Honours degree in pharmacy or a qualification in medicine, veterinary science or dentistry. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
Modules include: Molecular biology; pharmacology; molecular medicine; molecular pharmacology and drug development.
