Advancing Clinical Pharmacy Practice
This course provides an in-depth understanding of safety and risk management concepts which underpin the effective use of medicines in practice; students have the opportunity to learn with other healthcare.
Applicants must be a registered pharmacists with a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience and a minimum of a 2nd Class Honours degree in pharmacy or equivalent. IELTS score of 7.0 (with minimum of 6.0 in any band), is required if English is not a 1st language. International students should note that this course does not lead to registration to practice in the UK.
Core modules: evidence based practice - distance learning; leadership in practice; medicines and professional practice iii; patient safety pharmacovigilance and toxiocology; pharmacotherapeutics in practice; project; research methods; work-based learning. Optional modules: medicines and professional practice iii.
