The programme is designed for students who wish to acquire the skills and knowledge that will enable them to apply psychological principles within the business world. The course will appeal equally to those with a business or psychology background.
A 2.1 Honours degree; or equivalent in business studies; or psychology; or from a programme of study which includes substantial business or management studies; or applicants with 2 years relevant work experience are considered; where English is not 1st language IELTS score of 6.5 is required.
Modules include: Behaviour and marketing creativity; hrm in organisations; strategic management perspectives; individual and organisational learning; selection and assessment; organisational culture and change; human potential and performance; consultancy skills; research and professional skills; project.
A small number of scholarships are available for international students.
