Organisational Psychology

The course offers a challenging programme of study, developing knowledge of organisations and the people that work for them. This programme provides many of the professional skills and competencies needed to apply psychology in the workplace.

Entry requirements

2.1 Honours degree and relevant work experience; where English is not 1st language: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is required.

Course modules

Core modules: Ergonomics and human factors; human potential and performance; individual and organisational learning; organisations and change; project; research and professional skills in action; selection and assessment; transition psychology.
