Human Resource Management
The course aims to help students develop an understanding of different approaches to the practice of HRM, enabling them to develop a management perspective of HRM and an understanding of management expectations and requirements of the function.
Applicants must be a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, or preferably a Chartered Member. This accredits students with almost 2 thirds of the points needed for a Master�s qualification.
Modules include: Dissertaion planning; dissertation.
Assignments, case study and a dissertation.
