International Marketing

This course places particular emphasis on the international dimensions of marketing, both in terms of the need to adapt marketing strategies to international markets and also in terms of the practicalities of operating across different country markets.

Entry requirements

A good 1st degree (2.2 or above or equivalent) in any subject from a UK, EC or international institution. Other qualifications and experience are considered on an individual basis. If English is not the 1st language, students are expected to demonstrate English language ability at a level equivalent to IELTs 6.0 (TOEFL 550 or Computer Based 213) before commencing studies.

Course modules

Core modules: Approaches to strategic marketing; behavioural analysis; achieving customer engagement; integrated marketing practice; applied marketing, intelligence and insight; research methods; dissertation; international marketing; international trade operations.

Assessment methods

Group projects and a dissertation.
