International Law

This course explores the subject in detail, covering areas such as property rights; criminal law; and international trade.

Entry requirements

A good Honours degree in law, or a related degree or equivalent. If the first degree is not in law applicants will be required to take the introduction to law module. An IELTS score of 6.5 is required if English is not the 1st language. Applicants with an IELTS score of 5.5 may enrol after successful completion of the university's pre-sessional course.

Course modules

Core modules: introduction to law; legal research methods; private international law; public international law; dissertation. Optional modules: Global intellectual property rights; law and practice of international trade; international criminal law; other business-related options.

Assessment methods

Dissertation.
