Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Programme content includes field trips, industry speakers and a strong practical and problem-solving element. Students will study tools and techniques necessary to develop effective and efficient supply chains which deliver higher levels of value for the end user and facilitate sustainable business growth. You will explore current theory and research, seeing how this informs practice, and develop innovative solutions to real-life logistics and supply chain problems.
A minimum 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent. Competence in English is required for international students. For example: IELTS with 6.0 overall with 5.5 in each skill; previous study in English is accepted; candidates that do not meet the language requirements may take an English course at the University of Hull prior to entering the programme.
You will study subjects such as: Principles of logistics and supply chain management; supply chain design; logistics technology; global logistics and supply chain management; supply chain planning and control; sustainable logistics; operations management. As with many of our programmes, you will also study professional skills and ethics, research methods and undertake a dissertation.
