International Banking and Finance

This course is designed to provide students with the background knowledge of careers in global financial institutions; international organisations; central banks; financial regulatory agencies and in similar specialised institutions. A particular emphasis is placed on developing cognitive skills that enable students to fully understand financial markets in the domestic and global economies.

Entry requirements

An Honours degree (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) in areas such as business, economics, finance, accounting, humanities, engineering and computer science.

Assessment methods

Assessment is by examination and coursework, plus the dissertation.
