Heredity, Development and Disease

The newly formed heredity, development and disease grouping has a research portfolio under the broad area of health and aging; the group has expertise in the investigation of genetic and environmental factors affecting development and disease; the group uses a combination of theoretical and empirical approaches in their research and have a broad range of collaborators worldwide.

Entry requirements

A bachelor degree with a 2.1 or above in a relevant subject. Applicants with a 2.2 and a Masters degree at merit or higher will also be eligible. GCSE English language grade C (or above) or an equivalent recognised English Language qualification e.g. IELTS: 6.5 with not less than 6.0 in listening, reading, speaking and writing.
