This course develops your enterprise skills and gives you an insight into how you can create economic and social value through entrepreneurial activity. You'll gain the skills and knowledge to develop and manage your own business and identify new products, processes and markets to exploit opportunities in innovative ways.
A bachelor degree 2:1 or higher and an interest in the subject. If English is not your first language you need an overall IELTS score of 6.6 (with 6 or more in each section), or recognised English language qualification.
Modules include: Global perspectives on enterprise; enterprise and society; contemporary challenges in enterprise; research methods and enterprise project; enterprise awareness; new venture creation; enterprise dissertation. Optional modules include: accounting for managers; marketing for management; globalization of innovation; operations and supply chain management; cross cultural management; the emerging markets; strategic management.
There are a number of part fee scholarships available for UK, EU and international students.
