This course is aimed at students with a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited degree in psychology or related discipline, who wish to lay the foundations for a career either as a practitioner organisational psychologist or as an academic researcher. Students apply psychological principles and methods to the unique challenges facing 21st century organisations. The programme gives students the core psychological science base while broadening students career options by the applying the organisational psychologist�s skill-set and enhancing commercial awareness.
A bachelor degree in psychology with a 2:1 (hons), or international equivalent. Your degree should be accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). Applicants who hold a bachelor degree in psychology from an overseas institution may be eligible, if the degree is BPS accredited. If English is not your first language you need to have an overall IELTS score of 6.5 (with 6.0 or more in each section), or other specified English language qualification.
Modules include: The psychology of effective organisations; personnel selection and training; managing performance and developing careers; design of complex human-technical systems; organizational development and change; commercial and professional skills; behavioural research design and analysis; dissertation.
There are a number of part fee scholarships available for UK, EU and international students.
