Strategic Management in the Global Environment
The programme helps students appreciate the importance of strategy for businesses and the skill set required to compete globally. Students develop a unique blend of skills, master analytical tools and techniques, and understand how to formulate and implement strategy in the global arena.
A good quality Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) in a business related subject and a good grounding in quantitative subjects. If English is not your 1st language you need to have an overall IELTS score of 6.5 (with 6 or more in each section), or TOEFL iBT equivalent.
Core modules: Strategic management; business analytics and decision sciences; advanced management decision making; economics for business 1; international business theory; leadership; quantitative methods; research methods; research dissertation/ consultancy project. Optional modules (choice of 2): Business ethics; management in practice; managing change; managing global logistics and supply chains; operations and supply chain management; behaviour in organisations.
There are a number of part fee scholarships available for UK, EU and international students.
