Organizational Behaviour

The programme provides a comprehensive grounding in the behaviour of individuals and groups, as well as the organisational systems they operate in. This Master's will give you an understanding of the way organisations operate as well as the skills to identify, analyse and solve complex business problems focused on organisational development and change. You will also examine the recruitment, training and management of individuals and teams in relation to key measures of organisational effectiveness.

Entry requirements

A 2.1 bachelors degree (or higher) in a business or social science subject, or international equivalent. Applicants who can demonstrate significant relevant coverage as part of a degree in an alternative subject will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If English is not your first language you need to attain a recognised English language qualification e.g. IELTS with an overall score of 6.5 with a score of 6 or more in each section.

Course modules

Modules inlcude: The psychology of effective organisations; Managing performance and developing careers; organisational development and change; personnel selection and training; behavioural research design and analysis; understanding and managing effective groups and teams; understanding and managing effective organisational systems; dissertation.
