Education and Professional Enquiry

This is an innovative programme of professional development and study specifically designed for teachers. The aims of this programme are to develop: In-depth knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning; advanced professional enquiry skills; the ability to communicate educational issues to fellow professionals across a range of primary and secondary schools in different contexts.

Entry requirements

This programme is open to graduates who have successfully completed an Initial Teacher Training programme and have been awarded Qualified Teacher Status. At the time of application candidates must be employed as a teacher.

Course modules

Year 1: Developing teaching and learning through evidence-based practice. Year 2: Leading teaching and learning through evidence-based practice. Year 3: Critical study.
