University of Lincoln
The MSc Accounting at the University of Lincoln is a conversion Master's for those with a non-Accounting background who wish to move towards an Accounting-related career path. In today's globalised economy, standardised financial reporting is of utmost importance. This programme is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop the skills required to progress to senior positions in business. Academically rigorous, the MSc Accountancy programme provides students with the opportunity to both explore accounting practice in the context of contemporary theory and research and make sound financial judgements and recommendations. Course content is reviewed regularly in line with industry practice, allowing students the chance to develop a thorough understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards currently used by professionals around the world.
All UK or EU students who hold a 1st or Upper 2nd Class Honours degree from another institution will receive a 20% reduction in tuition fees when they enrol on a University of Lincoln taught Masters programme. The scholarship is offset against tuition fee payments due for each academic year of study. Please note that the Master of Architecture (Part 2) and MBA programmes are exceptions to this scheme, as other scholarships are in place for those courses.
