International Trade Compliance
The programme has been set up by the University of Liverpool and Full Circle Compliance (FCC); the programme combines the latest regulatory and scientific insights with visits to government agencies. Through action learning it assists you in producing directly implementable results and thus moving your compliance system to the highest possible standard.
A Bachelor's Degree (Applications from students with a professional background rather than an undergraduate degree will be assessed on a case by case basis); 5 years work experience; the names of 2 academic or employer referees. Applicants whose 1st language is not English must provide evidence of their competence in the language (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL examinations: minimum 6.5 IELTS with minimum 6.0 in all components or TOEFL 92 IBT, 237 CBT); supporting documents.
Modules include: International relations in trade compliance; fundamentals in international trade compliance; managerial effectiveness for compliance officers; designing an icp; the compliance manager as strategic business partner; optimising and monitoring an icp; managing processes, relationships and communication in compliance related investigations; capstone – international trade compliance; final thesis.
