Electrical Engineering and Electronics

Research is organised into 4 interacting groups, each headed by a Professor. These groups are: BioMEMS, organic and silicon electronics; intelligence engineering and industrial automation; plasma and complex systems; signal processing and communications.

Entry requirements

A 2.1 Honours degree in an engineering, physical sciences or computer sciences subject. All applicants must have reached a minimum required standard of English language, qualifications accepted include GCSE English; A-level English language; IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component). TOEFL iBT 88 or above with minimum scores in components as follows: listening and writing 21, reading 22, speaking 23.
