Earth and Ocean Sciences
Research work covers: Earth�s interior dynamics; people, space, place; Earth�s changing environment; oceans and ecosystems.
A 2.1 or 1st Class Honours degree, or equivalent, is required. The degree may be in any branch of earth and ocean sciences and applications from students in other subjects such as physics, chemistry, mathematics, materials science or life sciences, who wish to move into the earth and ocean sciences will be considered. All applicants must have reached a minimum required standard of English language, qualifications accepted include GCSE English; A-level English; language; IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component); TOEFL iBT 88 or above with minimum scores in components as follows: listening and writing 21, reading 22, speaking 23.
