Archives and Records Management
The course provides the knowledge you need to pursue an archives and records career in research, business, government, academia. You will study the accountability and transparency demanded for effective public administration or which meets the needs of archive users in the wider cultural and heritage environments. There�s a strong practical element and you�ll be attached to the Liverpool University Centre for Archive Studies (LUCAS) which coordinates our research and outreach activities.
A 2.1 Honours degree in any discipline or international equivalent. A knowledge and understanding of the archives and records management professions. All applicants must have reached a minimum required standard of English language, qualifications accepted include GCSE English; A-level English; language; IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component); TOEFL iBT 88 or above with minimum scores in components as follows: listening and writing 21, reading 22, speaking 23.
