International Business Law
The course covers international business and commercial law for use in private legal practice. Students study international commerce legal practice.
A minimum of 2.1 Honours degree; IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in each component).
Core modules: Legal research training; law of the world trade organisation; law of business organisations; international financial crime; law of the European single market; international law and foreign investment; law of international energy and business; aspects of banking law; corporate information security; commercial conflict of laws; commercial intellectual property in a global economy; advanced issues in EU economic law; dissertation.
