This programme seeks to create awareness of global economic developments and the implications for organisations and businesses. Students will gain insights into the issues facing leaders operating within a global environment and the strategies businesses adopt in order to deal with the challenges of operating in a fast changing and increasingly competitive marketplace. Supported by extensive feedback, challenge and coaching, students will develop high levels of emotional intelligence and the creative thinking, high-impact communication and cross cultural leadership skills needed to manage employee performance globally.
Admission to the programme normally requires an MBA or a good Masters degree from a UK university or its equivalent. Non-Masters graduates with extensive professional experience and/or other qualifications may potentially be considered. All candidates must meet required levels of English. Students entering the programme will typically hold a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience at managerial level.
Modules include: Leadership; global business strategy - the evolution of �global value chains�; disruptions and interruptions.
