Corporate Communications and Reputation Management
This course, using the latest research and details of current best practice, enables students to learn how to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, and promote a positive corporate reputation; communication specialists who can take a strategic view of business are in high demand and those with a thorough understanding of current communication technology are in short supply; this course helps to meet that demand by giving students a unique experience combining advanced knowledge of up-to-the-minute communication skills and techniques with case studies and practical examples of best practice; students graduate equipped with analytical tools which can be used across all sectors and give students a competitive edge in the marketplace.
A 1st or Upper 2nd Class degree, or overseas equivalent, in any discipline; GMAT test for overseas applicants; English language test.
Modules include: Corporate communications; corporate social responsibility; corporate reputation; either design management and corporate communications or corporate governance and financial reputation; employee communication; crisis management; research methods and data analysis; marketing communications.
Assessment is by a research project.
