International Politics (International Political Economy)
This course focuses on issues of political and economic change and regulation at global or transnational level; or on the domestic and international politics and political economy of specific regions or states; or on further topics in international political economy and international relations; alternatively; the programme director may approve other course units offered in the Centre for International Politics or elsewhere in the School of Social Sciences, where they fit with the research plans of the individual, and with the broad interdisciplinary field of international political economy.
A 2.1 degree a social science subject, or equivalent (for direct MA entry); or a 2.2 degree, or equivalent (for Postgraduate Diploma route entry); all applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 7.0 (with a minimum of 7.0 in writing), TOEFL 623 (paper-based, with a minimum of 5 in TWE), TOEFL 263 (computer-based, with a minimum of 5 in TWE), or TOEFL 100 (internet-based, with a minimum of 25 all skills).
