Master's qualification; other qualifications may be considered; applicants whose 1st language is not English must achieve: an overall IELTS score of at least 7.0 with no less than 6.0 in each element, or a TOEFL score of 600 (250 for computer based tests, with no less than 5.0 in essay rating) with a TWE of at least 5.0, or a TOEFL iBT score of 100 (with no less than 21 in any element).
